Three main areas of my interest are broadly defined as art, personal development, and body work.
My first profession was in art. I have traveled a long path from graphic designer, art director to managing medium and large creative teams in international companies. I hosted music programs on the radio, studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts, psychology at SWPS, and coaching at Collegium Civitas.
I completed MBSR training at the Polish Institute of Mindfulness. I am currently in the process of obtaining ICF coaching certification and starting a school for therapists in the Gestalt approach.
For 20 years, I have been a happy wife, partner, and mother.
My strengths include optimism, calmness, intuition, and a strategic approach to every topic that leads to seeking the best solutions at any given moment.
For a year, I traveled around the world with my family, educating my sons along the way. I have been involved in democratic education for years, where a particular emphasis is placed on group processes and the development of soft skills.
From experience, I know what it is like to live with a neurodivergent person.
I dive recreationally and, following my passion, obtained divemaster certification to help people take their first steps underwater and overcome their fear of new and unknown experiences.
I recharge my batteries primarily in nature, underwater, and while traveling. I wander whenever I can. I take photos, paint, and prepare to write a book. I love learning new things, creating with my hands, and engaging in conversations. I highly value time spent with loved ones.I work holistically, integrating knowledge from various fields.
I support and accompany individuals undergoing life, professional, or parental changes. In change, I see an opportunity for learning and becoming a better human being. Coaching is a path for me to empower myself and get to know myself better—at my own pace and on my own terms.
